Vitamin B12 Shots
Vitamin B12 plays many essential roles in your body. It’s involved in red blood cell formation, DNA synthesis, energy metabolism, and keeping your nervous system running. Without it, your body can’t work properly! We might recommend a B12 shot over supplements because:
- Faster, and better impact: B12 shots are injected directly into the muscle. Some people don’t absorb nutrients effectively through their gastrointestinal system, so injections allow us to bypass that and get to your bloodstream faster.
- Easier treatment: A monthly B12 shot almost always keeps levels where we want them. Some people find it easier to take a monthly shot than to remember to take an oral supplement every day.
Vitamin D Shots
Unlike other vitamins, like vitamin C, which we get exclusively from our diet, vitamin D doesn’t occur in food at very high levels. We get the bulk of our vitamin D through exposure to sunlight—our bodies make it.
Vitamin D shots can be effective for those with a severe deficiency or those with absorption problems (crohn’s disease/celiac disease). Vitamin D shots can improve bone strength, support the immune system, lower fatigue, and stabilize mood.
NAD+ Injections
NAD+ injections boost cellular energy, support brain function, and promote healthy aging.
They help repair DNA, reduce inflammation, and improve metabolism. Great for fatigue, brain fog, and recovery — feel sharper, stronger, and more resilient. Injections are less expensive and more accessible than IV NAD and often have the same benefits.
