Dr. Kendra Reid is a licensed board certified Naturopathic Doctor, published author, sought after speaker, wife, mom, and nature lover!
Kendra has a general family practice with a special interest in dermatology, fertility, prenatal care, hormonal health, and pediatrics. Kendra’s’ background as a certified Birth Doula (DONA), gives her many years of experience helping pregnant women and new moms.
After spending 4 years obtaining her premedical Kinesiology and Health Science Honours degree at York University, Kendra enjoyed west coast life for a year, snowboarding and surfing in Whistler and Tofino. Once her travel bug was satisfied, Kendra returned home to complete the 4 year Naturopathic Medical program in Toronto, at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in 2012.
When Kendra’s not at the clinic, she’s spending time with her family outdoors hiking, snowboarding, skiing, or snowshoeing. Kendra and her family love camping, traveling warm places to surf and spending time with friends and family.
Highlights
- Dr. Kendra traveled with an international medical brigade to the remote island of Ometepe in Nicaragua to volunteer at a local clinic
- Pediatrics & Maternal Newborn care clinical specialization training completed
- Dr. Kendra spent part of her fourth year internship treating a marginalized aboriginal community at Anishnawbe Health Toronto
- Dr. Kendra competed at four Canadian National championships while on the Ontario provincial snowboard race team from 2002-2005.
