I am known for helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence.
I believe women deserve healthcare that is proactive, solutions-oriented and does not equate “common” with “normal”.
If you feel tired, turned-off, and like you are in body that is not your own – I can help you.
Too many women’s midlife experience has left them feeling dismissed and alone, and like they better settle for feeling unwell. My mission is to change this.
I help women feel their best by helping their hormones work for them.
It is my belief that when women are well; they can truly make a difference in their community & the world.
Education & Professional Experience
I graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2011 and am a board-certified ND with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, and a member in good standing with the OAND & CAND.
I am also a member of the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) and studying to become a NAMS-certified Menopause Practitioner in 2021.
I ran a women’s-health based practice in Toronto for the first 6 years of my career, came home to Southern Georgian Bay in 2018, and joined Collingwood’s longest-running naturopathic practice at StoneTree Clinic.
I have achieved naturopathic prescribing authority in Ontario, am certified to practice IV Therapy in my practice and have additional training and certification through the Institute for Hormonal Health. I now work alongside Dr. Kristy Prouse MD/OB/GYN; offering women a unique and comprehensive approach to hormonal well-being and hormone replacement therapy.
Personal
I call the village of Creemore home, where I live with my husband and an energetic goldendoodle.
When not with patients, I can be found hiking the local trails, skiing at Mansfield ski club, swimming in the bay, working in/on my garden, and exploring all of the amazingness of the Southern Georgian Bay area.
I am continually inspired and motivated by all the incredible female entrepreneurs & professionals in the local community, and love working with them in collaboration to support a collective of healthy, resilient, and empowered women.
