Quinoa can also be found at Bulk Barn. It says it is organic. I tried some today with an oatmeal mix and it was quite good. I didn't try the crock pot as I wouldn't cook that much so it was probably slightly crunchy but tasty with maple syrup.Enjoy

Hi Heather,

You can find quinoa in most larger grocery stores, but not always in the same section of each. Try the rice/grains section, or the health food section if they have one. You can also try a bulk food store like the Bulk Barn.

Hi Tara
Thanks for the email. That is great.
I don't usually spend too much time searching for recipes or reading web sites. Usually seems too time consuming but I'll enjoy this valuable info for health. Thanks for the time and effort you put in to help your patients. It is great!
Sincerely,
Melanie
